NOTE: A deposit of $250 is required with booking contract to ensure protection of the time for your wedding and/or rehearsal.

This fee includes:

• Two face to face consultations with your Officiant.

• We would prefer to meet you in person however, we can meet for an online video consultation, if this is not possible.

• The first consultation includes an explanation of the legal requirements for getting married in Ontario and a discussion of your wedding ceremony options.

• The second meeting includes our "unique talk-through Rehearsal" where the details and flow of the ceremony are confirmed.

• Access to our secure website offering an incredible volume of ceremony planning resources.

• A current, comprehensive online listing of recommended wedding professionals with whom we have worked that can assist in planning your special day.

• Access to your Officiant and support staff to guide you throughout the entire wedding planning process. Please note that we have years of expertise that may be helpful in relation to your wedding planning or marriage preparation - not just your ceremony.

• Conducting your beautifully, uniquely crafted wedding ceremony that will exceed your expectations.

• Helpful, professional, hands on support with the entire ceremony experience on your wedding day. Your Officiant will arrive at your Wedding location early to connect with all the professionals and participants to ensure a stress free experience.

• A "Wedding KIT" containing the Record of Solemnization and other helpful resources for your relationship journey.

• The filing of the Marriage Registry and mailing of the completed marriage licence to the Office of the Registrar General for the official registration of your marriage in Ontario.

This fee does not include:

A rehearsal. The rehearsal fee is $125.

• Rehearsals are not required, but we can be available for the couple that is looking for a little extra confidence on their wedding day. We have created the perfect model for a seamless, stress-free rehearsal.

Mileage costs

• The KCW regional office will always work to assign local Officiants when possible.
• Mileage may be applicable if an Officiant is unavailable for your wedding within 75 kms of the wedding venue. This possibility will be discussed with the couple at booking. Rates will be determined by the CRA’s recommended rates publicly posted here.
